Payment & Checkout
Purchases are processed and sold by Polar Software, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Polar handles payment processing, applicable taxes and VAT, and receipts.
You can pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit or debit card, or Polar payment link — the methods available to you are shown at checkout, where any tax due is calculated and collected.
By completing your purchase, you also agree to the Needlepoint Diva Pattern License.
Digital Delivery
Your PDF pattern is made available electronically after successful payment.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please email me at the.needlepoint.diva@gmail.com using the email address you entered at checkout. I'll be happy to help you access your pattern.
Refunds
Refunds and transaction-related requests are handled in accordance with Polar's policies and applicable consumer law.
If there is a problem with your pattern or purchase, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
Privacy
Payments and checkout information are processed by Polar and its payment providers. I do not receive or store your full payment card details.
I may receive information associated with your purchase, such as your name, email address, and order information, where necessary to verify your purchase or provide customer support.
If you contact Needlepoint Diva directly, I will use the information you provide to respond to your message.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to the Needlepoint Diva newsletter, the email address you enter is sent to Brevo (Brevo SAS), the email delivery provider I use. Your address is used only to send you the emails you asked for.
The signup form sends your address to this website's own server, which then passes it to Brevo. The server holds the credentials needed to do that and never sends them to your browser. Your address is not sent from your browser directly to Brevo or to any other third party.
Confirmation is required. Entering your address does not subscribe you by itself. Brevo sends you a confirmation email, and you are added to the mailing list only after you click the link in it. This protects you against someone else signing you up without your permission. The confirmation link expires and works only once.
Along with your email address, the following is recorded so that your consent can be shown: the date and time you subscribed, the page on this site where you subscribed, and the technical details of your request. This information is held by Brevo, not in any separate database of mine. I do not keep a second copy of subscriber details.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes your address from the list and stops delivery. If you unsubscribe and later subscribe again through this form, your subscription is not restored automatically — you confirm again in the same way.
I do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone for their own marketing. I do not embed any third-party advertising or social-tracking scripts on this site, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
If you would rather not be contacted this way, you can simply not subscribe, or email the.needlepoint.diva@gmail.com and ask to be removed.
